Our Approach

We collaborate with healthcare provider organizations to identify and prioritize your open positions.

Our constant recruiting pipeline helps determine the time needed to fill the role, and once on-boarded the nurse’s visa is transferred to the hospital (as required).

We can support the nurse through the first year in their new home to support the nurse and reduce challenges brought on by culture shock.

Our goal is that all parties have an optimal experience throughout the transition, and we are always available to support the visa management process throughout the lifecycle of the relationship.
